Via Latano gaat de lijn terug op de merrie Granita, die onder meer het 1.40m-springpaard Zentina B (v.Casantos) leverde en daarmee grootmoeder is van Doron Kuipers’ voormalige internationale 1.45m-paard Diablo F (v.Canturano). Granita staat tevens aan de basis van het internationale 1.50m-paard Pinheiro Beech (v.It’s The Business) van Harry Wainwright, de 1.45m-geklasseerde Cristo Beech (v.It’s The Business) van Matthew Sampson en de internationaal 1.35m-geklasseerde 3*-eventer Calcourt Landline.
