Katoga komt uit een uitstekende moeder. Deze Atoga is namelijk onder Marjolein Verharen startgerechtigd in de Grand Prix dankzij goede scores tot op Intermediaire II-niveau. Als vader van dit hengstveulen staat de veelbelovende hengst Fairytale te boek, die als verrichtingstopper werd goedgekeurd. Voor zowel sport als fokkerij lijkt deze eyecatcher veel in huis te hebben. Via de Pavo Cup-kampioen Sandreo, wiens oudste producten op het hoogste niveau presteren, gaat de lijn terug op grootmoeder Ratoga die al een Z1-dressuurpaard leverde. Zij combineert in haar pedigree de internationale sport- en fokhengsten Gribaldi en Ferro, die beide op het allerhoogste niveau gepresteerd hebben.

Katoga is from an excellent dam. With Marjolein Verharen this Atoga is ready to start in the GP because of the good results on the Intermediaire II-level. Father of this foal is the promising stallion Fairytale, top of the KWPN-performance test. Through Pavo Cup-champion Sandreo, with an oldest offspring active on the highest level, this line leads back to grand dam Ratoga who supplied already a Z1-dressage horse. In her pedigree the international sport- and breeding stallions Gribaldi and Ferro are combined, both were active on the highest level.
